Whatta time to be alive! Us millennials have really been through a lot. If anyone ever doesn't understand millennial humor, remind them that 9/11 happened the same year Shrek came out. That should clear some things up. Times are wild right now. We're supposed to be living the American dream at this point in our life, at least that's what America promised us when we were in high school. But instead, we're living in a capitalistic dystopia where none of us can afford to buy a house and there won't be any social security left for us when we come of age for it even though we've been paying for it our entire careers. Hahahahahah! What is there left for us to do other than laugh? Laugh wholeheartedly, laugh maniacally, laugh anxiously, laugh every which way. All we have are memes. There is never an end to memes. Memes will always be our prodigy and our pride. We invented them and now every generation embraces them. In memes we trust.
